Great for HTPC

Pros Low power consumption. Flexible with clock speed. No timing issues with single core.
Cons Moderate raw calculation speed. Very new; may require BIOS update to work well with MOBO.
Recommended it? Yes

This CPU is a 65nm version of Athlon 64 3500+, with "Lima" core. The same CPU has been produced with different cores since year 2004 (or perhaps already since 2003?). This version was published Feb-20 2007 and is the first in the line produced with 65nm technology.
